And now I don't feel like it's only me who's had the bad experiences.
Logged onto a smurf account to see if low ELO really changed anything. It did. A lot. Sure, people feed and die a ton, but difference is that the fed people don't know what to do either. I generally find it more fun, but to compensate I have to play characters that I have no idea what to do on.

Smurf accounts are those which you don't get many wins on, so you can stomp people who have never played before, and then think that your e-peen is large.
I have one with king rammus on it.
